At Frayssinet Joaillier, every order is prepared with the same care as a purchase made in-store. From preparation to delivery, we do everything we can to ensure your jewellery or watch reaches you safely.

Preparing your order

Your order is carefully checked, prepared and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days, subject to product availability. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number.

Complimentary in-store collection

Your order is ready within 48 business hours. We will notify you by phone or email as soon as it is ready for collection. A valid form of identification will be required when collecting your order.

Home delivery

All our deliveries are entrusted to a secure carrier and require a signature upon receipt.

Metropolitan France

• Standard delivery — complimentary on all orders, with no minimum purchase amount. ```
