Returns and exchanges

As we all change our minds, you have the possibility to return your item and ask for an exchange or a refund, within 14 days from the date of your order receipt. 

Items returned in good condition and unaltered will be exchanged or refunded (except for custom and gift items). Gift certificates and vouchers do not have monetary value and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, we invite you to download and complete the withdrawal form to obtain a return coupon. Then return the items carefully packed in their original box to the address :
